I'm a 30 year old engineer, married to my best drinking buddy from college, looking forward to everything life brings us. I've had two miscarriages followed by a successful pregnancy and a son born exactly one year after my D&C. I used this blog as a way to oraganize my thoughts, quiet my inner monologue and maybe help some people who are going through the tough times.

This is why I continually tell people that I am 28. It helps if you have the year worked out in which that number corresponds to.
(Psssst, 35 here, egads).
I just hit the big one last January, Cheryl! It really isn't as bad as I expected - I think 28 was actually my hardest so far, because I couldn't say anymore that I was closer to 25 than 30, which I liked to pretend was closer to 20. ;)
Happy birthday!
I'm assuming it's your B-day?? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! And you feel exactly as I will be feeling in less than two months. :*( I think I'm just gonna say I'm turning 29 again. lol
Happy Birthday :)
Thirty, shmirty! =)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Happy Birthday!!
Maturity and age have nothing to do with one another!
Happy Birthday! I assume you're still 16 or so...
Happy Birthday. My 30's have been great I am a stronger woman now.
Happy Birthday! My 3-0 is right around the corner next April. And I see we both met our husbands in college in '99 - we must have been the same year in school too! Lots in common. Happy 19 weeks 1 day too. :)
Congratulations on hitting the big 30! Honestly it's just a number....!
I was hesitant about turning it earlier this year but yet here I am 6 months later and nothing's changed, I'm just as silly and immature as I was when I was 29!
xx
happy belated! This is my 3-0 year as well - oh what fun the thirties have been. :)
